Refund policy

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be registered with our customer service team before being sent back.

  • Ensure the item has not been used and is in its original packaging.
  • Include a tracking number when returning the parcel to ensure safe delivery.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged during transport.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Refunds cover only the purchase price; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the damaged item
  • A detailed description of the damage
  • Photographic proof of the damage

For damaged parcels, please include a photo of the package as it arrived. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will offer either a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name and photo of the item you received

Once verified, we will either refund you or send the correct item.


Exchanges
We offer exchanges! Simply wait for the product to arrive, send it back to us, and once we have confirmation that the product is on its way, we will ship the item you wish to exchange it for.


Return Fees

  • Customer-initiated returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
  • Restocking Fee: Our restocking is free for all new orders
