At BelMode, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our policy regarding cancellations below.
1. Cancellation Window (24-Hour Rule)
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Eligibility: Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched.
- After 24 Hours or Dispatch: If more than 24 hours have passed, or if your package has already been handed over to our shipping partner within that timeframe, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To ensure a swift process, please contact us immediately at info@bel-mode.com with the following information:
- Subject line: Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number]
- Body: Your full name and the item(s) you wish to cancel.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours and your order has not been shipped:- A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
- It usually takes 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
4. Statutory Rights
This Cancellation Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the European Consumer Rights Directive and applicable Dutch consumer protection laws, including your legal right of withdrawal.
